Consumer Choice - Consumer choice is essentially the range of products on offer at any time. For example if you wanted the box set of a TV show on VHS instead of DVD you should have that option.
Taste & Decency - This is basically being considerate with what you include in your TV show, people sat eating there dinner dont particularly want to watch somebody swear, kill or have sex with their fish and chips. Also it is a framework that prevents the encouragement or glamorization of unsavory things such as crime, indecent behavior and other such acts that could easily spill over in to everyday life.

Freedom of Information - The Freedom of Information Act gives you the right to ask any public organization for all the information they have on any subject you choose. Unless there’s a good reason, the organisation must provide the information within 20 working days. You can also ask for all the personal information they hold on you.
Censorship - Is the practice of censoring media such as tv, film, radio and publications is the aim of protecting the audience from unacceptable parts. The level of censorship depends on the stringency of the governments. Depending on the political climate of the country the media is being distributed in. For example Nazi Germany was alot more protective of what the population saw than perhaps Capitalist America during the same period.
